How does the magnetic charging dock work?
Place the headset onto the dock and allow the magnetic structure to guide it into the charging position. The dock keeps the headset charged between sessions and can also be used with the 2.4GHz receiver.
How do I download the MCHOSE V9 Turbo+ software?
Download MCHOSE HUB from the official MCHOSE HUB page. The audio driver currently supports Windows 10 and later. Connect the headset through the 2.4GHz receiver before opening the software.
Can I replace the V9 Turbo+ ear cushions?
Yes. The V9 Turbo+ ear cushions are removable and replaceable.
The package includes an additional pair of breathable ear cushions, allowing you to switch between the included options based on comfort, ventilation, and personal preference.
Does M HUB Web support the V9 Turbo+?
No. Audio devices currently require the downloadable M HUB desktop driver. The browser-based M HUB Web does not support headset audio configuration.
How do I change the V9 Turbo+ voice prompts to English?
You can change the voice prompts to English by updating the headset firmware through the official MCHOSE firmware upgrade page.
Before starting the update:
- Select the correct model: V9 Turbo or V9 Turbo+.

- Plug the 2.4GHz receiver directly into your computer.
