How Do I Join?
It’s free! Create a MCHOSE account (or sign in if you already have one) to join the MCHOSE Rewards program.
Do My Points Expire?
Yes. Points expire after 6 months of inactivity. Make sure to earn or redeem points regularly to retain your balance.
How Do I Earn Points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on mchose.com (excluding shipping and taxes). Sign in to your account before purchasing to earn points.
Do All Purchases Count?
Most purchases count, including products and selected promotions. Gift card purchases do not earn points, but you can earn points when using a gift card to pay.
Birthday Reward
Add your birthday in your account to receive special points on your birthday!
How Do I Redeem Points?
Sign in, go to Rewards, and choose the reward you want. Points can be redeemed for products, coupons, or discounts.
Do Rewards Expire?
Yes. Rewards expire 6 months after issue. Check your Rewards page for availability and any conditions.
Can I Cancel or Return Redeemed Products?
No. Once redeemed, products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Please confirm carefully before redeeming.
