Warranty
MCHOSE products are covered by a warranty.
Note: The warranty is an additional right and remedy granted to you by the seller or granted to you under applicable law. Therefore, any remedy provided by MCHOSE or under applicable law (such as correction, claims, or the right to terminate the contract) will not be affected, such as the right to claim for defects within 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers all defects that may appear in the product during the warranty period compared to the relevant product specifications, but the following situations are excluded:
The following are NOT covered by the warranty:
- Non-compliance with Usage Instructions:Failures or damages caused by not following the product's user manual or by failing to operate, maintain, or store the product according to the specified computer environment outlined in the manual are not covered under the warranty.
- Damage Due to Human Factors:Damages caused by human factors, including use in non-standard environments or failures caused by foreign object intrusion (e.g., firmware upgrades, operational errors, impacts, incorrect voltage/current input, absence of logo, liquid or dust intrusion, etc.), are not covered under the warranty.
- Unauthorized Modifications:Products that have been disassembled, modified, privately repaired, or are missing parts and accessories without MCHOSE’s permission are not covered under the warranty.
- Consumables and Free Gifts:Consumables (such as foot pads, anti-slip pads, etc.) and free gifts are not covered under the warranty.
Except for the warranty exclusions mentioned above, if your product develops a defect within the warranty period that is covered by the warranty, you may contact support@mchose.store.
Remedies During the Warranty Period Include:
- Replacing the defective product with the same or similar product.
- Replacing the defective parts of the product.
Warranty Exclusion Details:
- Product defects caused by manufacturing reasons:We will only replace the defective parts of the keyboard, not the entire keyboard, as it is highly customizable and easy to rebuild.
- Product defects caused by disassembly, incorrect installation, non-factory repairs/modifications, incorrect product adjustments, or negligence:We do not provide free service. We only offer paid services to replace defective parts, and the costs will be borne by you (including part costs, shipping fees, and taxes, if applicable).
To make a warranty claim and ensure the warranty applies, you must provide the original invoice from MCHOSE (or any proof of purchase), along with pictures or videos showing that the product issue falls under our warranty policy.
Order Issues: If customers find that the product or color is not what they ordered, please provide a photo, including the product and tracking number printed on paper, and email it to our customer service at support@mchose.store within 7 days after the order is delivered.
Note: If the courier website shows "Delivered" for over 1 month, the delivery details on the courier website will be deleted. The courier company will not provide any compensation for these orders. Therefore, if customers do not notify us by email to investigate the package after "Delivered" for more than 1 month on the courier's website, we will not be able to offer any refund.
Return Policy: If customers receive a product with a quality issue and wish to return it, they must request a return within 7 days after the product/package arrives. The request will be reviewed to confirm if an exchange is possible. After re-shipping, a new tracking number will be sent via email.
MCHOSE reserves the final interpretation and all rights to this warranty.
