Taxes & Duties:

  • Orders to the United States are mostly tax-free.
  • Selected EU countries enjoy tax-inclusive shipping via YunExpress.
  • For other regions, import taxes and duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Special Requirements:

  • Korea: Please provide your name and shipping address in Korean, your tax ID (P+12 digits), and phone number (010+8 digits), all of which must match the recipient’s information.
  • Chile, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia: Please provide the recipient’s tax ID, CPF, CNP, VAT, passport ID, or EOR as required by local customs.

  • Shipping to the following regions in Spain is currently unavailable: Balearic Islands, Las Palmas, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
