Warranty Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This Warranty Policy applies only to products purchased directly from mchose.store.

MCHOSE products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty does not affect any legal rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible MCHOSE products purchased directly from mchose.store are covered by the following warranty periods:

  • Keyboards: 2 years
  • Mice: 2 years
  • Headphones and speakers: 2 years
  • Key functional accessories: 2 years
  • General accessories and consumable parts: 180 days

Key functional accessories include dedicated wireless receivers, charging docks, wireless connection docks, magnetic charging bases, and similar accessories required for core product functions.

General accessories and consumable parts include cables, keycaps, switches, ear pads, and similar parts.

Free gifts, promotional items, keycap pullers, switch pullers, spare keycaps, foot pads, anti-slip pads, and other consumable or non-functional accessories are not covered unless otherwise stated.

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

Order Eligibility

This warranty applies only to eligible products purchased directly from mchose.store on or after June 1, 2026.

Products purchased from other retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or resellers should follow the warranty and after-sales process of the original place of purchase.

Products from unauthorized sellers, second-hand sellers, personal transfers, or unverifiable channels may not be eligible for standard warranty service.

90-Day Quality Issue Support 

Within 90 days of delivery, if the main product or a key functional accessory has a confirmed non-human-caused quality issue, MCHOSE may provide a free replacement of the same model or an equivalent model.

This support applies only to the main product and key functional accessories. It does not apply to general accessories, consumable parts, or free gifts.

If the same model is unavailable, MCHOSE may provide an equivalent replacement or another reasonable solution.

For confirmed quality issues within 90 days, MCHOSE will cover the approved shipping cost for return, replacement, or exchange service.

After 90 days, warranty service will be handled through repair service or replacement of defective parts.

Warranty Service During the Warranty Period

During the warranty period, if MCHOSE confirms that the product has a non-human-caused quality issue, we will provide free repair service or replacement of defective parts.

After 90 days from delivery, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty service, including return shipping and reshipping costs where applicable.

The final solution depends on the issue, product condition, parts availability, and service feasibility.

If repair or parts replacement is not possible, MCHOSE may provide an equivalent replacement product, store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers confirmed functional defects caused by materials, workmanship, or manufacturing issues under normal use.

Covered issues may include:

  • The product cannot power on
  • Keys, buttons, switches, scroll wheels, sensors, receivers, charging modules, or audio modules fail under normal use
  • Wireless connection, charging, input, movement, or audio functions fail due to a confirmed hardware issue
  • Other functional defects confirmed by MCHOSE support

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Products with altered, removed, or damaged serial numbers
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, impact, liquid exposure, dust, corrosion, incorrect voltage, improper storage, or failure to follow the user manual
  • Issues caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, firmware changes, software changes, or non-original parts
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, coating wear, discoloration, keycap shine, changes in feel, or cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
  • Compatibility issues caused by third-party systems, software, drivers, devices, or user settings
  • Consumables, free gifts, and promotional items unless otherwise stated
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, lightning, transportation accidents, or other external events not caused by MCHOSE

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact support@mchose.store and provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product model and serial number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
  • Troubleshooting steps already completed, if any

MCHOSE may ask for more information, troubleshooting.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered, MCHOSE may provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • Replacement with the same or an equivalent product
  • Store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable solution

Shipping for Warranty Service

For confirmed quality issues within 90 days of delivery, MCHOSE will cover the approved shipping cost for return, replacement, or exchange service.

After 90 days from delivery, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty service, including return shipping and reshipping costs where applicable.

All return methods and shipping arrangements must be approved by MCHOSE in advance.

Unauthorized returns, cash-on-delivery shipments, or shipments sent without prior approval may not be accepted or reimbursed.

Service After Repair or Replacement

If a product or part is repaired or replaced under warranty, the repaired or replaced part will remain covered for the rest of the original warranty period.

If the remaining warranty period is less than 90 days, the repaired or replaced part will be covered for 90 days from the service completion date.

Out-of-Warranty and Paid Service

If the product is outside the warranty period or is not covered by this policy, MCHOSE may still offer paid inspection, repair, or parts replacement when service is available.

Any paid service will be quoted in advance and will only proceed after customer approval.

Limitation of Liability

MCHOSE’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution for the affected product.

MCHOSE may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. Updates will not reduce warranty rights already granted to eligible products.
