MCHOSE Electronic Gift Card Rules

• Gift cards are redeemable online at mchose.store only.
• Not redeemable for cash or refundable after purchase.
• Lost or stolen codes can be replaced with valid proof of purchase, up to the remaining card balance.
  
• The redemption code will be sent via email after checkout. No physical gift card will be issued.

• Ready for dispatch in 2~5 working days.
• A tracking number will be provided 7 working days after shipment.

For China, Macau (SAR), and Hong Kong (SAR) customers: Please provide your name and shipping address in Chinese.

For Taiwan customers: Please provide your name and shipping address in Chinese, along with your ID card number (or passport number if you are a foreigner) in the order notes.

For Korea customers: Please provide your name and shipping address in Korean, your tax ID (P+12 digits), and phone number (010+8 digits), all of which must match the recipient’s information.

For Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Turkey, South Africand Indonesia customers: Please provide the recipient’s tax ID, CPF, CNP, VAT, passport ID, or EOR as required by local customs.
